The time on the graphs is UTC time, when you click on a link that says 23:00 UT you get a graph for 23:00 (not 01:00 ADT)
Again.. if you understood the graph you would see that anything above 650 mhz goes off the map.. see how everything is off the charts.. its because
they are charging it to way above 650 Mgz.. Probably even higher than 11000 Mgz.
If you really are going to keep trying to come up with reasons why this isnt real figure out how the graphs works. If you understand it correctly you
can see the waves traveling around the world at different altitudes.
Please read the link to the description of the Digisonde device. Apart from having nothing to do with the HAARP tests, you mislabeled the graph axis.
The 'Y' Axis of the graph is 90-650 KM. The link will also explain the frequency and amplitude measurements.

No, although I suppose you could argue the Sun did it - and is about to do it again
What you have found are digisond reading - which are taken in numerous locations around the world every day and record natural ionospheric activity
You can access the reading for the past month as taken at Gakoma here
137.229.36.56...
I'm no expert in such things but I see nothing to indicate that HAARP caused an earthquake or that there was any unusual ionospheric activity at the
time of the earthquake. And, in any case, the earthquake wasn't at the HAARP facility so surely a digisonde taken there is irrelevant (ionospheric
activity varies according to location and time of day).
UGHH... analyze the maps until you understand it. It really does make sense.. here it is even more dumbed down.. refer the th corresponding times
1. At 3:30 am They turn on Haarp.
2. At 5:15 am it is fully charged. And they are oscillating the three high frequency waves traveling at different altitudes.
3. At 6:30 am (7 min before) they start pumping the waves into the earth
At 6:37 am the earthquake goes off. (Obviously not on the graphs)
4. At 6:45 am you can see that the waves encircling are very diminished.
5. Every graph after that gets weaker and weaker until they turn it off.
Please, anyone here actually understand what they are looking at? We need to do something about this ASAP.. they could set off the new madrid fualt
line at anytime. especially if they get wind of this. If any of you know someone who can help this.. get them involved now...
One thing to add: Listen to this
First off.. im a website designer. I know how long it takes to get thing like this set up.. It seems like they were anticipating this.. and they are
advertising their website. They are using the "citizen science" against us. It sounds like he is anticipating the event. He even says that they are
using this data to estimate the damage down by a larger earthquake. They don't want to kill everyone in the US.. just the majority.
Think about this.. all the laws are in place right now so that the president can declare martial law if there is a nationwide national disaster. I'm
not sayingfor sure Bush is going to do this.. They might be planning it for who ever gets elected next. But if it happens the elections get delayed by
at least 6 months.. maybe even longer I'm not sure how it all works though. And a natural disaster would not and could not be the Governments fault..
right? Wrong.. and I proved it here.
This is the evidence to take them down for good. (I have much more important findings though.. ill have it uploaded in a little bit.)
Peace,
Dan

Why is the US Navy getting blamed for this?
They aren't the only ones who have a part in this program, yet the OP would have you believe that they caused this.
Is there any chance that the author could come up with some solid evidence, like an order for the "test" that was signed by someone from the
Navy?
I am also a little confused how HAARP could cause earthquakes.

You are right.. But the US Navy is the main one claiming that they are the major players running HAARP.. It could be a black operation though. I would
think most higher ups in the real US Navy are good guys in reality. But since the US Navy publicly claims running HAARP and they are given commands
from "The Decider" .. I think we all know who is to blame here.
Is there any chance that the author could come up with some solid evidence, like an order for the "test" that was signed by someone from the

Haha.. No I cannot come up with an order for the test. (I don't think so at least.. can anyone else? Where would you look?)
Even if it was not the US Navy it was someone who is in control of HAARP. Which would have to be an agency in the US Government. I was going to call
the whole US gov out in the title.. but then I would be getting 20 times more complaints.. "how can you say the whole government did it". It's just
plain public info that the Navy is the main player in HAARP.. unless there (like I said earlier) is a black op running it and the Navy being there is
just a front.
I am also a little confused how HAARP could cause earthquakes.
It is confusing.. but here it is in a nutshell.. They charge up the atmosphere for a while.. then direct it into the earth core. Then BAM.. you have
an earthquake. It's quite simple actually. The data shows they did it too.. spend some time analyzing the data you will see.
Peace

How, exactly, do they direct it into the core? Does it just bounce back from the charged atmosphere? How do they direct it? How do they ensure it
goes where they want it to?

So you don't have years of experience in interpreting digisonde data?
Perhaps you could show how the data for the date of the earthquake was significantly different from data recorded on other days?
Have you compared similar readings for other stations?
Do you know what you are talking about?
Why was there not another earthquake today?

Good catch on the UTC guys! I must have overlooked that when I was reading the thread.
I hadn't noted the times when I first looked at the thread, probably because it was so early in the morning. (Teach meh not to read in the
morning)
[Edit to add this]
Dan...what doesn't being a web designer have to do with on-server recording? A designer doesn't make you a sound tech, server tech, or
anything else therein. Just so you know, that didn't help your cause.
Still though, you do pose an interesting idea...no doubt about that.

danman23,
Great thread! You may really be on to something here. Again and again I have seen the "contrails" over the valley I live in coalesce into cloud
cover, just like in the first pictures you showed. The jets fly over at the same altitude on mostly parallel and some perpendicular vectors. That
altitude varies according to weather conditions. Could it be they are leaving their "contrails" at just the right altitude where temperature,
pressure, and humidity bring about an instant dewpoint, or its equivalent for their purposes? Is the cloud cover intended to be some kind of barrier
or shield to keep prying eyes on the ground from seeing what is happening in the upper atmosphere above them? Or do the clouds provide a lensing
effect to focus the HAARP energy when it is directed into the ground? Does the beam somehow travel right down the center of the low?
I would be careful with COOL HAND, if I were you. He is probing you to see how much you know and how much you have figured out. I believe he is a
former SEAL or something, and maybe current Special Operator, probably engaged in intelligence gathering and PsyOps right here on ATS. You would be
best served by not divulging further sensitive information about your investigation in the clear like this. As a matter of fact, you need to take some
real precautions if you are going to go any further down the rabbit hole you've discovered. The fact that you are an American citizen means nothing
to the people behind this stuff. Watch your back. Duplicate and sequester your information. Maybe you should reach out to the Sons of Liberty. I
don't know. Whatever you do, be careful.
Peace.

Nope, just trying to deny ignorance. Isn't that what this site is about?

Whatever, obviously you are not interested in the truth or further research. The author has done enough, in your mind, to prove that it is real.
Rather than try to disprove those who would challenge him, you would rather he pack it in and call it a day.
Wow.

Or maybe he knows what he's talking about and and you don't like it?
Fact is, interpretation of the data presented in this thread is highly specialised - who here would care to dictate their father's heart surgery?
Which would be much easier ....
H*ll, who here can interpret computer models to issue a weather forecast?
What makes you think you know so much?
Arrogance?
Or ignornance?

No, it isn't that COOL HAND knows what he is talking about that I don't like. I'm sure he knows way more than he talks about.
We go all the way back to my Patrick Tillman thread. I believe he is a front man
providing cover for his handlers in the Special Ops community. I believe he is deliberately misleading and falsely debunking people who get too close
to the truth here on ATS. Thats what I don't like.
I'm sure he thinks he is doing it for the good of the country, protecting the national interest and all. I disagree. I advocate full disclosure.
Let's shine the light of truth into all the dark, evil corners out there and watch the rats (and God knows what else) scurry for cover.
As Ricky Ricardo used to say, "Luuuuucy! You've got some 'splainin' to do!"
edit to add:
mythatsabigprobe - no, I am not joking.
Masqua - sorry about that, I had already posted before I saw your admonition. Just trying to give some friendly advice to a newbie.

Good God, I can't believe you are still pissed about that. Excuse me for trying to deny ignorance on a site whose motto is "deny ignorance."

Not even close. I actually believe in the motto here and I try to do my best carry that out. Too bad folks don't seem to be interested in that here
anymore.
Anyway, I am still waiting for some answers in this forum. Apparently you would rather try to trash my name than join in a civil discussion. Too bad
I can't sue for libel, it isn't even worth trying to get an apology out of someone like you.

Here's my take on it. I do not know how to read those graphs, because information which allows those graphs to be correctly interpreted appears to
have been omitted. Because I admit to not understanding what the data in the graph represents, however, does not mean that I will readily accept
someone else's interpretation of said data.
I'm also astounded how ATS has become so full of people who immediately jump to ad hominem arguments. Just because someone believes differently than
you does not make their statements invalid. Stop attacking the person and address the issue they've brought up.
Cool Hand asked valid questions, namely, "Why is the US Navy being blamed," and "How is it directed into the core." He was then immediately
attacked for not having done his research, and labeled a disinformation agent; but his only trespass was asking for more information, and some
explanation. His defense of "I'm trying to deny ignorance," is entirely plausible. I see no reason for him to be labeled a disinformation agent.
The main problem with the argument of the OP, is that he's building his entire conspiracy theory based on OTHER conspiracy theories, namely, those
things which HAARP may or may not be able to do. Always remember too, that the burden of proof rests on those making the claims, not on the people who
disagree with them. When someone disagrees with something you've stated as fact, don't insist that THEY do research to prove it to themselves. I've
reviewed the links posted and am still scratching my head at the interpretations of the data, because, again, not enough data is given to reach these
conclusions. This doesn't mean that they're wrong conclusions, just that they take a bit of a leap of faith to believe.
Here's an idea I had while reading though: Could the change in pressure, from a large low pressure system stalled over so large an area. cause minor
quakes? It sounds plausible, but I don't know. I'm no geologist/meteorologist.
All this having been said, though, I have to say that I'd be the first to say that HAARP is probably still a bad idea; muck up the atmosphere, and
we've got a serious problem on our hands.

Ya.. I just read all that.. come on now guys. if I am wrong.. great.. honestly I wish it wasnt like this.. But it is.. and it needs to be disclosed
NOW.. before it can be covered...
I have never seen a graphs like this before.. but I spent hours trying to understand it and figured it out.. that's the only reason I even suggested
you all to look at what I came across. I even interpreted it so you can understand it too.
I know this is really risky but I need to put this out in the open.. I will be much more comfortable with it out in the public. I have sent it to some
people I know.. one of which is an electrical engineer. All he had to say was "WOW" (it made perfect sense)
Well.. Here it goes...
HAARP BROUGHT DOWN THE WTC TOWERS
Like I said before I suspected that they were responsible for 9/11.. well I tried to go back to 2001 but the data stops at 2005.
So then I decided to start messing with the numbers in the url. I changed two numbers and it took me all the way back to Sept 23 2001.. My heart just
about exploded. They are a little different graphs than before.. but I could still figure it out..
I was up until 7 am passed out, woke up at about 1 pm and continued workin.. I finally came to a good point to show you all what I have found.
(click images to see the whole thing)
Now.. guys.. I really need you to chill out and not go crazy and tell me I don't know what Im talking about. I am 100% sure I am right. Please bring
this to as many peoples attention as you can.
Stop bickering.. review the facts.
Peace,
Dan

Here's an idea I had while reading though: Could the change in pressure, from a large low pressure system stalled over so large an area.
I was wondering the same thing myself. I was also wondering if all the recent flooding in the area might have contributed to the situation, making it
more susceptible to such a "test" or "demonstration", if that is indeed what this was. Water doesn't compress easily, does it? Saturated ground
might not, either. Something else would have to give. Heating and expansion may have had something to do with it. I admit to being in over my head
here.
My comment about COOL HAND wasn't so much directed at him as at danman23. When people are struck by overwhelming realizations, such as he obviously
was, they sometimes do themselves a disservice by going out and proclaiming it from the mountaintops. I know from my own personal experience that life
is Stranger than Fiction. There can be a very fine line between denying ignorance and encouraging, even enforcing it. I have no problem with COOL HAND
as an individual, and he is entitled to post what he likes on ATS within the T&C, as we all are. I have already sent him an U2U with an explanation
and apology.
