Points well taken, but how could a dirty bomb be any more of a hazard to SA than the copious amounts of DU that have been floating from Iraq to all points of the region for the last five years at least? If the reports following Cheney's visit are correct, it must represent something much more than the status quo that DU contamination has represented for many years now. It could be total propaganda of course, we'll see.
