Possible return of @abovetopsecret.com e-mail accounts to members

After the rebuild of the new server, I've been looking at several alternative means to provide ultra-secure anti-spam and anti-exploit e-mail on this server. So far, experiments with live, real-time block lists are going well. The most effective is from here: www.spamhaus.org... While SpamHaus has been accused of beeing too aggressive on a few occassions, their live list of domains sending spam and viruses/exploits is very good and very reliable. After some additional testing, and returning e-mail accounts to board staff (even they still didn't get their accounts back) we will likely move to return member e-mail accounts again. But the new price will likely be higher than the previous 10,000 points since the new e-mail accounts would be much more advanced than the simple spam-content and virus-content filtering. I'll keep everyone updated on this.

Curious....did those of us who bought them originally get our points back? Not a big deal, just curious...

For those who originally purchased an e-mail account, you'll be able to upgrade to the new service for a discount. If the new accounts cost 50,000 points, you might be able to upgrade for 15,000. No sure on the actual points though.

Since I live in Europe I would like to have a discount. Would that be possible?

Aww man, if you put the spam filters back on how are we supposed to know what is the best place to get the CHEAPEST VIAGRA. Or where to turn when we need to ENLARGE OUR PENISES QUICK AND EASY?

Kano those are not the worst of spam. The worst is getting bigger breast ads. Why would i want bigger breasts? I am a guy.

Well, I'll try to answer that question; 1st of all English is not my mother tongue and I have to look up a lot of difficult words and slang, often used by the most intelligent posters of this forum, in my dictionary, which takes a lot of time. Posting replies and messages takes time too because I like too use a lot of hard and difficult english words too. It makes me look so much more intelligent and besides... I like showing off!

2nd of all being online is much cheaper in the States, so I've heard. For instance I pay 17 Euro a month for cable and that's even the cheapest(!) account. My downloadrate is 64 kbit/s and that's way too s-l-o-w.

The biggest reason why I would like to have a reduction however; In a couple of months I'm becoming a father and in my opinion every cool dad has to have an ATS-account. Period!
