Prince Harry is a "Bullet Magnet" in Afganistan!

home.nzcity.co.nz

The third in line to the British throne has been on active service with the army for the last 10 weeks. He has been fighting in one of the most dangerous corners of the war, making him the first senior royal in modern times to serve in front line infantry.

British MOD are ticked off that Harry's cover has been blown whilst serving on the front line in Afghanistan.
The third in line to the throne, (Charles, Wills being above him in the pecking order) Would be a great coup for the Taliban if he was hit.
1) Should he have been sent there?
It was inevitable that the press would find out, therby putting him and his unit in further danger.
2) Was the media right in publishing the fact that he was there?

Don't really matter since I've seen Taliban posting videos of attacking British troops. So whether hes there or not, British troops are still going to see metal heading their way.

He flew out on December 14 and spent several weeks working in Garmsir, in the far south of Helmand province, operating just 500 metres from front-line Taliban positions.

He has since left Garmsir to work in another part of Helmand, although the details cannot be reported for security reasons.

How long before his latest position is leaked?

Why would the Aussies try to 'drop him in it' ??

I know they want to ditch the Royals but this is a bit drastic in my opinion.

1) Why not? They even quoting him saying he wanted to go.

So I say if even ONE royal family member or government central figure was in the front line in all combats their countries were involved, maybe, just maybe that would change the perspective of these 'brutal games of power'.

2) It's a shame they took so long, actually.
