Thanks jack . I still like this vid . Yeah it has some seemingly odd issues . But nothing that cant be explained with a little thought .

Anyone happen across the original "cops" info/name at all per chance?

It was said on the video. Cant remember though.

They mentioned the cop's name: Officer Jose Antonio Beristain from the
Veracruz Highway Patrol wich is federal jurisdiction therefore this was
an official footage. The incident remains unexplained.

By the way this DarkKnightStalone YouTube user made a horrible video
capture darkening almost 60% of the original footage from the
conference. I think he is an amateur or just copied the video from other
user I suspect is icappUFO also amateur. Too bad these Youtube videos
are of such bad quality due to a bad capture. The original is by far of
much better quality.
