Another excellent and informative post. Much of this, I've been aware of, but this certainly brings it current and combines a lot of what's come
before. To me, the NOA sounds similar to the OIA (Office of Information Awareness), if you remember that effort by John Poindexter. I wonder if this
also includes the "Wolverine" type of computer analysis system as a component. I would almost be surprised if not.
BTW, on another thread, I suggested a form of protest that might provide people with a new, peaceful voice, less all the annoying pepper spray and
nightsticks.

someone who's certainly kept an eye on peaceful protest and it's results, I'd be very interested in your opinion, both about the
idea/effectiveness/repercussions and also, if you believe it makes sense, what candidate cause might get a large enough number of people to
participate, making the first effort a success. Thanks.
