Both of these ladies have a great handle on what to put in your body or what not to put in your body...

And as they have both done a lot of reseach in this area. I'd love to have their input

I haven't done a lot of research into GM food but I have read a few articles about it on the Newstarget website and I've watched "The Future of Food", which is some scary stuff.

I haven't gotten a chance to watch the posted videos yet but will check them out soon.

I think there is more public attention being shifted to GM food and hopefully things will start to change before they get too far out of hand.
