Are We Being Poisened???!!!

A very important resource in understanding how the Earth is being used as a weapon of war is the Canadian nun Dr. Rosalie Bertell, a genius in epidemiology and biometrics. (Yes, she is a Grey Nun of the Sacred Heart as well as a multiple PhD.) She has spoken extensively about chemtrails and there are some videos at this link.

contract) -
(1) any test or experiment involving the use of a chemical
agent or biological agent on a civilian population; or
(2) any other testing of a chemical agent or biological agent
on human subjects.
(b) Exceptions
Subject to subsections (c), (d), and (e) of this section, the
prohibition in subsection (a) of this section does not apply to a
test or experiment carried out for any of the following purposes:
(1) Any peaceful purpose that is related to a medical,
therapeutic, pharmaceutical, agricultural, industrial, or
research activity.
(2) Any purpose that is directly related to protection against
toxic chemicals or biological weapons and agents.
(3) Any law enforcement purpose, including any purpose related
to riot control.

Looks to me like the president can use chemical or biological weapons to keep us under control at any time.

DENVER – The Division of Wildlife has taken bird carcasses to a lab for analysis after several dozen ducks and geese were found dead at City Park this weekend.

Kevin Greene, who walks at the park, made the gruesome discovery Sunday morning.

"They were in the process of dying or dead," Greene said. He described the water around the birds as a "green sludge."

So, as I stated before, I live at 7000 ft in a resort town with 10,000 permanent residents. We used to have some of the cleanest air, and water around.
This is what it looks like today.


We have had major rains for the past several days, so this isn't dust.
And I called the Forest Service, and they have no idea why it is so hazy.

And there was this helicopter flying around town really low today.
A tail number search came up with JBD Enterprises, and that's where the
trail went cold.

Nobody seems to want to comment. Hope ya'll don't mind if I keep posting what I find. Seems like everyday I find something new to support my theory.

So as I said before, the Government is burning the vx hydro at a fuel refinery in Port Arthur TX owned by Veolia.

Questions jump to my mind.

Why ship the worlds deadliest nerve agent, 900 miles across the country, to burn it in a fuel refinery, owned by a private corp. called Veolia, who most people have never heard of, but is the largest owner of water treatment plants for gov. and civilian in the US, during hurricane season!

Keep in mind, a drop the size of a pinhead of VX is enough to kill. The Army is destroying 4000 tons! Even VX residue, is deadly.

A chemical-weapons facility in Indiana is destroying obsolete weapons containing VX nerve agent, producing caustic wastewater that the Army is shipping to Veolia Environmental Services for incineration. The Army has claimed the waste is no more dangerous than kitchen cleaners. But when environmental scientists began looking at the disposal process, they found scary scenarios. The “neutralized” waste still contains some VX, and the incinerators might not destroy all of it. There are no monitors on the incinerator smokestacks to sound the alert if it isn’t eliminated. And VX components in the water could reconstitute in shipping tanks under certain conditions, endangering lives along the transportation route.
