Exactly my point. Soldiers on the ground, not technology holds and takes territory. That being the case, Israel used a fraction of its soldiers and
they even refrained from sending tanks deep into Lebanese territory. They were not pushed back. They were not repelled. They chose not to put soldiers
on the ground or tanks deep into enemy territory which is what it would have taken for a decisive win. Israel CHOSE not to win that battle decisively.
Its not that they couldnt, they chose not to do what it would have taken to do so. WEAK leadership.
