If you put instant coffee in the microwave, do you go back in time?

I'd like some good answers to this one, peeps. There WILL be a pop quiz.

Does nobody have an explanation for this phenomenon?

If someone can come up with a sound answer, they will be the winner of this:

The No Bell Peas Prize.

Forgive me.

Why would putting instant coffee in a microwave make one go back in time?

Actually, I've put instant coffee in a microwave many times and to my knowledge, time has continued to progress as it always has.

Aw, Grady, you know I respect you but that was NOT a fun answer.

AT the rate this thread is going though, you may end up winning the Peas Prize after all.

MajorMalfunction, you obviously don't understand modern physics. If you look at it from a quantum viewpoint, you'll realize that instant coffee can only go sideways in time, never backwards -- Starbucks, maybe, however, never put wine in the microwave because it goes diagonally in time and will really upset the clock on your microwave. And the last thing you need is an angry microwave clock.

Oh my, an angry microwave clock? That is some scary stuff, Occam.

I didn't know it was possible to go diagonally in time.

I believe this is yours then:

Sorry it doesn't come with a million dollar prize.

Wonderful. I can use them to catch a polar bear. (dumb old, 8th grade joke - I'm sure you remember, "Cut a hole in the ice and ring it with peas. . . .")
