I don't know whether to call it a thing or a baby because it defies anything I could explain. Mutation, hybrid species...I can't even imagine.

Its a child with that harlequin disease I think. Looks to me as though it may only live a couple of months.

Its much more common in 3rd world countries. Just a deformed baby, nothing alien about it. Can we get this thread moved?
