The "other" people?

I can't exactly explain why this vehicle was using american license plates(as it was a Mongolian vehicle), but this is the vehicle that escorted me to the airport and it was loaded onto the plane and shipped to New York with me. This is the only explanation I can give for this. I don't know why they didn't just use a local vehicle.

I plan to but, there is two problems. One, I may never see him again; he is a very distant relative. Two, he may not know much more; he only knew what my one other relative form the outpost had told him. I couldn't ask the one who was at the outpost because, I never have met him and probly won't.

DTOX X, intersesting sory but, how or why do you ascciate these entities as the "other" people? From what you said, you didn't really meet up with a name for them. Are you just guessing it my be them?

I am guessing that it is them, but there is a good chance that I might be wrong. I am just puzzled as to why the government would hide and house these people and why they picked that particular building to do so.

These "others" are people who are trying to understand the world much more than others. On this way, they research, read, experiment and invent. They are people with more self consciousness and awareness. They really care for the world. So dont be afraid of them, just learn from them

u make it sound like you know what your talking about. If you have ever encountered such people, please share your story. The beings you speak of may not be the same as the ones we speak of so be careful of your choice of refernces. Thanks
