BTS Game: What is in this photo?

After working with the recent Moon Pics thread, I've come up with an idea for a new game. Every two days I will post an arial photo and the member who can tell me what is in this image correctly, wins the contest!

Let's see who has the best trained eye!

Motocross track or something similar?

Damn you got in before me, It definatly looks like a Motorcross track or a Quad bike or Go-Kart track...

Looks like a motocross track to me as well.

Whatever it is, it is flooded. There is a river on the left flank curving around towards the right further back. The river is adjacent to this land on the left side.

Could it be a cemetary?

almost looks like a dam with structures on top, the white being water on each side

Got to be either a chemical facility or a small oil refinery. Just by looking at the storage tanks on the grounds.

I'm gonna say sewage plant at a power station...
Reason being I have seen a sewage plant at a power station and they had circle pond like thing for the sewage...
