+ sorry... I tried to edit my original post to include link to
the photo described in earlier post with this title... I get as
far as previewing it, which works... but, when the "edited
post" shows up, there is just a notation at the end - something
like [edited 01/11/2007] but none of what I tried to add...
so-o-o-o-o... Im posting link separately here :-)

Click following link for UFO in Ohio photo:

...UFO disk in Ohio...

+ This, to me, is again one of the best pictures I've seen
of a UFO disk... even in this enlargement, a good amount of
detail... it's the classic flat disk, with small dome on top, and a
cylindrical extension centered on base of the ship.

...here is the original post again for anyone who missed it...

incredible UFO disk photographed in Ohio

+ Hi to a.t.s._ I joined yesterday_ of all the
ufo groups I've seen, this one seems to be tops,
so I'll post my story here first... and, an incredible
story it is.
+ On December 29th of 2006... this would be two
weeks ago... as I was returning home for dinner,
something moved me to take a photo of the approaching
sunset... I quickly set up my camera, and recorded the
scene.
+ I'll say again... I was filled with the urge to
record this sunset scene, and, agreeing in principle that
it would make a nice picture, did so... after inspecting
the photo, I've found indications that this was more than
a "sudden urge", and I now believe it was actually a
message relayed to me from the UFO visible in the picture,
asking me to record it ! It is one of the most distinct
UFO pictures I've seen in some time.
+ I will update this post later today with the photograph...
just wanted to be sure I could login OK. Stay tuned !

Um... am I missing something? The only thing I see is a pic that looks like it was taken in the 40's. And to be honest I can't make anything out except for a small black line.

Is this the Incredible pic? Or am I blind?

first off welcome to ATS and i can assure you your time spent here will only add to your knowledge of just about every thing under the sun.i don't want to shoot down your hopes of this being a ufo, but if you pointing to the 6 pixel wide stick with a tiny pixelated dome that you wouldn't have been able to pick out if you hadn't pointed it out with an arrow I'm going have to conclude for now that it may just be a blip in the clouds. do you have any more detailed pictures maybe in color.

OK - sorry about switching threads... fortunately,
the moderators caught this, and locked the original...
thank you mods :-)

Several repliers to this updated thread seemed to be
having trouble seeing the photograph I'd linked to,
so, I added a reduced scale version of the same at
top of the page link goes to... hope this helps.

yep... it's enlarged a good bit, and a little blurry... but
as stated, I think this view shows a lot of detail in the
disk itself... also, I've posted a reduced scale version
of the same, which is clearer, but harder to see.

erm?!

can you please post an unedited high-resolution scan (copy) of the pic?
that we may convince ourselves that its as incredible as you seem to think it is.

thanks.

Biiiiiiiig hole in your story.

Capturing sunset = colour camera...

UFO photo = prehistoric quality black and white.

Done and dusted.

It would make it easier if you posted the Original picture and i for one am having trouble seeing anything no offense. If you send the Original maybe someone on here can photoshop it so its easier to spot.

What camera do you use? Don't modern digital cameras usually produce massive high quality photos? And why is it black and white and all pixelated?

No offense but that is the worst pic of a supposed UFO i have even seen.. cant really make out anything at all.. as someone already said, it looks like a pic taken back in the 40s lol.

I am very very very suspect since there is no hint of any color in either of the photos. Sorry but I am calling this like others its dust.

Another 10 mins of my life wasted looking at pixels.

the original was in fact in color... however, after looking
at the black and white version, I decided to go with that,
as it shows the disk better.

This is the type of thread that really frustrates me and makes me stay away from ATS for a few weeks...

I don't see anything in that picture... just an arrow pointing to a fuzzy spot on a grainy picture... sigh...
