Clear any of the lies/mistakes made by the author of that page? and I know its a lot to read, but please bare with it to get the full effect. Thanks, it'd be cool if this turned into a debate.

Easily, easily debunked. We did land on the moon.

That dialogue's made up from the real transcripts. Remember, there were a lot of us glued to the tv sets and they were broadcasting 24/7. The whole world would have heard that.

The author is moreso suggesting that we did indeed go to the moon, but rather saying that some of the footage was prior filmed and some of it was tampered with. BTW Byrd, this page or topic has nothing to do with the moonlanding being a hoax, did you not read the page? I personally believe we did go to the moon, but were left out on some of the findings, alien or not. Some of those conversations took place on other missions, parts of the missions not broadcasted, and some of the missions not broadcasted(not my time actually, am I accuracte or were ALL the moon missions broadcasted?). Bottom line, I'm sure that not EVERY second of the moonlandings were covered on public tv. The site also suggests that some of the footage coverage that was supposedly live on public tv was in fact prior filmed here on Earth so divert us from something they didn't want us to see. Also, don't forget about the australian newspaper article-near the bottom of the page linked on the bottom of the page I linked in this thread. And don't forget about the camera malfunction that occurred and during that time only ham radio operators were getting the continuous broadcast and what they heard. I agree, most of the physics this guy, or any moon-hoax theorist questions is just silly and well-countered by folks like the peeps over at www.badastronomy.com... but there are other issues/physics that can't be explained by either side. Also, in a documentary it showed how the recorded geography of one of the valleys visited on the moon was the EXACT SAME geography of Groomlake, Neveda, or Area 51. I'm sure you can do some research on that on google or something.

as usual, its just a speculated theory, hopefully we'll have the real answers in time.

Cities Found on the Moon!

Reasonable activity of an alien civilization showed up unexpectedly close to us. However, we were not psychologically ready for it

We still come across publications trying to find an answer to the following question: Are we alone in the universe? At the same time, the presence of reasoning beings has been detected close to our home, on the Moon. However, this discovery was immediately classified as secret, as it is so incredible that it even might shake the already existing social principles, reports Russia's newspaper Vecherny Volgograd.

Here is an extract from the official press-release: �NASA scientists and engineers participating in exploration of Mars and the Moon reported the results of their discoveries at a briefing at the Washington National Press Club on March 21, 1996. It was announced for the first time that man-made structures and objects have been discovered on the Moon.� The scientists spoke rather cautiously and evasively about these objects, with the exception of an UFO. They always mentioned that the man-made objects are possible, and stated the information was still under study and official results will be published later.

It was mentioned at the briefing as well that the Soviet Union used to own some photo materials proving the presence of such activity on the Moon. And, although it wasn�t identified what kind of activity it was, thousands of photo- and video materials from the Apollos and the Clementine space station showed many parts on the lunar surface where this activity and its traces were perfectly evident. The video films and photos made by US astronauts during the Apollo program were demonstrated at the briefing. People were extremely surprised why the materials hadn�t been presented to the public earlier. NASA specialists answered: �It was difficult to forecast the reaction of people to information that some creatures had been or still are on the Moon. In addition, there were some other reasons to it, which were beyond the control of NASA.�

Specialist for lunar studies Richard Hoagland says that NASA is still trying to alter photo materials before they are published in public catalogues and files. They do some retouching or are partially refocussing them while copying. Some investigators, Hoagland is among them, suppose that an extraterrestrial race had used the Moon as a terminal station during their activity on the Earth. These suggestions are confirmed by the legends and myths of different nations of our planet.

The ruins of lunar cities stretch for many kilometers. Huge domes on massive basements, numerous tunnels, and other constructions cause scientists to reconsider their opinions concerning the Moon. How the Moon appeared and principles of its revolving around the Earth still pose a great problem for scientists.

Some partially destroyed objects on the lunar surface can�t be placed among natural geological formations, as they are of complex organization and geometrical structure. In the upper part of Rima hadley, not far from the place where the Apollo-15 had landed, a construction surrounded by a tall D-shaped wall was discovered. As of now, different artifacts have been discovered in 44 regions. The NASA Goddard Space Flight Center and the Houston Planetary Institute are investigating the regions. Mysterious terrace-shaped excavations of rock have been discovered near the Tiho crater. The concentric hexahedral excavations and the tunnel entry on the terrace side can�t be the results of natural geological processes; instead, they look very much like open cast mines. A transparent dome raised above the crater edge was discovered near the crater Copernicus. The dome is unusual, as it is glows white and blue from the inside. A rather unusual object, which is unusual indeed even for the Moon, was discovered in the upper part of the Factory area. A disk of about 50 meters in diameter stands on a square basement surrounded with walls. In the picture, close to the rhomb, we can also see a dark, round embrasure in the ground, which resembles an entry to an underground caponier. There is a rectangular area between factory and the crater Copernicus, which is 300 meters wide 400 meters long.

Apollo-10 astronauts took a photo (AS10-32-4822) of a one-mile long object called "Castle," which is at the height of 14 kilometers and casts a distinct shadow on the lunar surface. The object seems to consist of several cylindrical units and a large conjunctive unit. The internal porous structure of the Castle is clearly seen in one of the pictures, which gives the impression that some parts of the object are transparent.

As it turned out at the briefing where many NASA scientists were present, when Richard Hoagland had requested originals of the Castle pictures for the second time, no pictures were found at all. They disappeared even from the list of pictures made by the Apollo-10 crew. Only intermediate pictures of the object were found in the archives, which unfortunately don�t depict the internal structure of the object.

When the Apollo-12 crew landed on the lunar surface, they saw that the landing was observed by a half-transparent, pyramidal object. It was hovering just several meters above the lunar surface and shimmered with all the colors of the rainbow against the black sky.

In 1969, when the film about astronauts travelling to the Sea of Storms was demonstrated (the astronauts saw the strange objects once again, which were later called �striped glasses�), NASA finally understood what consequences such kind of control could bring. Astronaut Mitchell answered the question about his feelings after his successful return: �My neck still aches as I had to constantly turn my head around, because we felt we were not alone there. We had no choice but to pray.� Johnston, who worked at the Houston Space Center and studied photos and video materials made during the Apollo program, discussed the artifacts with Richard Hoagland and said that the NASA leadership was awfully annoyed with the great number of anomalous, to put it mildly, objects on the Moon. It was even said that piloted flights to the Moon might be banned.

Investigators are especially interested in ancient structures resembling partially destroyed cities. Photos reveal an astonishingly regular geometry of square and rectangular constructions. They resemble our cities seen from the height of 5-8 kilometers. A mission control specialist commented on the pictures: �Our guys observed ruins of the Lunar cities, transparent pyramids, domes, and God knows what else, which are currently hidden deep inside the NASA safes, and felt like Robinson Crusoe when he suddenly came across prints of bare feet on the sand of the desert island.� What do geologists and scientists say after studying the pictures of lunar cities and other anomalous objects? They say that such objects can�t be natural formations. �We should admit they are artificial, especially the domes and pyramids.� Reasonable activity of an alien civilization showed up unexpectedly close to us. We were not ready for it psychologically, and some people hardly believe they are true even now.

ALSO, something funny about the moonlanding...NASA has banned, or at least mutually agreed to not allow any more missions to the moon. NASA at this time cannot safely send a man to the moon and back. Ok, so we did it in 1969 and many times afterwards, yet we don't have the tech/ability to do it now? Also, the computers for the tech used in the 69 moonlanding were 32k of memory, yet today, it takes 64mb of memory just to SIMULATE a trip to the moon. hmm... not suggesting that we didn't go to the moon, just sharing interesting facts...

Is this true!? If it is, it's a hell of alot more than just plain old interesting! It proves, there is other life. It proves, the ancient myths are true, all of them. Semuri, there do indeed exist photos (and on Nasa's website) and footage of the astronauts in a "moon-like" envrironment that were shot here on Earth (I thought itwas one of the links on that page I gave). They were done for publicity and are public, common knowledge.

They weren't used as "real footage" or photos because it was pretty obvious that they were on Earth (effects of gravity.)

I did scroll down to the dialogue. I'm not buying that. I'd like to see real and verified transcripts.

That's why I said if it were true.

May it now be known, my new goal in life (besides f-ing as many women as possible) will now be to find out if this so called NASA statement is true.... Until I get bored and find something else

In 1976, Don Wilson published his book " Our Mysterious Spaceship Moon" and the follow-up "Secrets of our Spaceship Moon" in 1980. Both books are full of similar reports. I wont go into detail but this is reported to be a conversation between Apollo 11 and Mission Control:

MISSION CONTROL: What's there? ...malfunction (garble) ... Mission Control calling Apollo 11 ...

APOLLO 11: These babies were huge, sir ... enormous ... Oh God you wouldn't believe it! I'm telling you there are other spacecraft out there ... lined up on the far side of the crater edge ... they're on the moon watching us ...

Both books, published by Sphere, are full of stuff like this, from as early as the Gemini missions.

Concerning the 32k to go to the moon, and 64k to simulate: That is easy to explain. On the actual ship all it had to do was store what buttons activated what, etc etc. Yet, on the simulator it has to store all kinds of different conditions and scenarios, as well as what the ship had. That's the best way I can explain it, and it makes sense to me.

I knew about the "Santa Clause" comment by James Lovell, but i didnt realise there was so many other cases of these coded conversations.

I used to have a Teacher whos husband was a retired NASA scientist who worked on the space flight program, and he was adamant that within the next 50 years - there would be a colony on the moon.

We thought he was just pulling our leg - but after reading that site it makes me think that maybe there already is a colony on the moon- maybe the aliens are already building one?

I find it possible that back in the 60's, we were in such a race with the Russians to get to the moon that I do feel it possible we faked a landing just to maintain a superior status.

Think about the Cuban Missle Crisis just before the moon landing and all of the chaos that brought about.

I think we have been to the moon since then, but I just don't think I buy the first landing. Too many things don't add up for me. With all of the conspiracies, cover ups and just plain bull# my eyes have been opened to recently, I put nothing at all past anyone.

The U.S. has caused the "placing-dropping" of certain items onto the moon surface; But in my studied opinion they (U.S.) have NOT accomplished a manned landing. One of the best arguments for this position is the fact that there are No Plans for scheduled landings on the lunar surface by any country on earth. Why not ? It is as if, after discovering the New World, Columbus and the others never went back again. Very strange

There are and would be real advantages to having a Lunar Base, In fact NASA and the Defense Departments'
DARPA were working on this very Project, But for some reason this project was totally discontinued in the late 1960's.

In closing we must remember that we were TOLD that we had reached the moon in 1969, 33 Years ago, And with all of our technical improvements since then, we have not went back, then Why Not ?

Oh, we landed on the moon alright, but a hell of a lot earlier than 1969. I bet we were there by at least 1960. Why would the government or NASA tell the public about how close we were. Why give it away to our enemies. The landing was faked. That one never really happened.

You just cant trust any information these days, if you ever could.

On the surface we could point out that soe very reputable ex NASA staff and even Astronauts have recently claimed NASA found evidence of life on the moon, however on deper analysis we could point to the fact for example that Ed Mitchell "national hero and moonwalker" was also a paid advisor for the X-Files, and about the time of his "dicslosure" the new X Files movie was being released.

Its not conclusive but its fairly telling enough at least to seriously question the timing and nature of his modern disclosure.

Same can be said for all of the respected people making such claims sadly so it leaves no further forward in the ability to discern what is true and what is media engineered hype.
