What you're failing to take into account is AQ's method of operation. They aren't, like most other terrorist groups, an organised bunch of people all from the same country fighting for the one aim. They tend to use minority terrorist factions already operating in other countries. Hence for the Trukish bomb, they would have contacted a local Turkish terrorist group that would be quite happy to bomb a British concern.

Why hasn't Britain been attacked yet? Well, go take a walk around the Mosques in Finsbury Park, and see how many Muslims you can find quite openly promoting and collecting donations for the terrorist cause. Whilst they can still do that without fear of arrest or deportation, London won't get attacked. A dog doesn't piss in it's own basket.
