any supermarine spitfire older than mark X.....the newer body styles rolled out towards the end of the war were nowhere near as sexy.

I think it looks fantastic, but I wouldn't call it pretty.

I think the prettiest plane I can remember seeing is the De Havilland Albatross. It was bloody useless, but very pretty.



The prettiest plane I can think of today, even though it hasn't yet flown, is the Boeing 787.
