hi all,

Sorry if this is not in the correct place to ask this but couldn't find anywhere else to ask a question of this nature.

I have set up my avatar to reflect a transparency of 40% or so. the image is a .png edited in photoshop7.

It works well and great on this pc but on some pc's my avatar appears to have lost it's transparency and has a white boarder around it.

I was wondering how the avatar appears to other users.

And if it is not showing correctly as I would like it to, any suggestions on how to fix it.

Thanks in advance.

NeoN HaZe.

P.S. I don't want to incorporate the avatar into my mini-profile image since it costs 2500 points!!!

Sorry, but your avatar is not transparent for me. I see the 'person' with a white background. It looks like you started with a white background, added the 'person' image, and then adjusted the transparency a little so the 'person' looks 'faded'.

Hmmm strange..

It is supposed to look like this.

Anyone know why on some pc's it's o.k. on and others not??

Try GIF instead.

PNG won't be transparent on IE.

How does it look?

Thanks Sodom.

I had to incorp the avatar into the mini-profile. I wanted it to look right on all pc's not just those using mozilla/firefox.

BTW that person is ME in the pic, or should I say a very very good likeness.
