would it be possible to just send a robot or small vehicle controlled remotely into area 51, i mean it wouldnt jepordize a life and maybe just maybe it would get through undetected

First of al i would like 2 say :
for ideas like this on revealing area 51 stuff !!

But from what i believe it would be impossible 2 do this because u have to send some kinda signal to your Rc. to manuever and do actions . And i know its rather easy to detect those signals!! How about we send in an pre-programmed Robot, as tiny as possible, shielded for EMP and armed with a hightech infrared-cam. Wouldt that be nice?

There's already a VERY long thread on this kind of thing.

Im sure I read in another thread on ATS that signals are in fact scrambled around Area 51 so you cant use mobile phones not sure but that may include RCs too

Plus the motion sensors, and guards who can spot it. I'm sure someone/something would notice a little RC car going through the gates, through the parking lot and down the hallways of the base looking into rooms.

Regardless of what's in there - Infiltration is breaking the law. Not because there are secret UFO's, not because Saddam is hidden there and not because elvis is camping out there.

It's because this is a military installation. You try the same thing at any other military installation and the same consequences occur. It may be harder for them to detect that you are on site... but the pentalty for being on site is the same.

I say you try it, sounds like a good idea to me....but I wonder how you are going to tell us about it once they put you in prison or worse.

In theory, great idea!
Practical application...among the worst of ideas.

I would imagine that first of all, the military would have to go with the assumption that this little rc car was in fact an IED and would approach with extreme caution. Once they had figured the whole thing out.......BELIEVE ME, you would be thinking, "I really wish I would never have thought of doing this".

Just my opinion of course, but just don't try it my friend, not worth the repercussions.

AI nanobots-
down the air vents-lovely job.

Remote viewing?

Or how about get a really convincing "grey" suit and just walk through the front door!

And you will feel awfully silly when you see that there is nothing inside the base (if you can actually get inside) and you still go to prison.

I think prisoners are provided with computers in some prisons, so, he'll be able to report to ATS any thing he learned about area 51. Hey he'll be happy as long as they don't take his PC away...probably won't even notice where he is anyway once he gets online.

Who knows, right? My bet is actually on the following re-enactment:

1. You get near enough to the facility to launch you RC vehicle with camera mount.

2. Security picks up an unauthorized remote signal and BAM, you got cammo dudes and black blackhawks, probably apaches too coming from 3 ways.

3. You, focused on the RC vehicle think, "Wierd, sounds like choppers coming from all around"?

4. You watch your little RC car get vaporized and think, "Ummm, crap."

5. You think about running but as you turn, you see a few cammo dudes, (Loaded to the hilt mind you) and a guy in black honing a gatling gun whilst sitting in the side door of his black chopper.

6. You look down and notice all these strange little red dots moving all around you chest..."what could those be," you think but then quickly you figure that part out!

7. They yell a few words, not politely either, and you get the red carpet treatment!

8. Your dream comes true, you get a first class escort into the base...bummer is, now your dream is to see anything outside of the room that you are in which is inside the base beacause you are probably never coming out!

9. Moral of the story...be very careful what you wish for!!

***that was kind of fun, meant lightheartedly of course, but not too far off****

Take care, Mondogiwa

ok i think u can program planes and rc cars with gps coordinates so we could send it on its preplanned path then just receive the data back. Another thing is if we had a brave SOB out there, say he said im gonna fly this jet and land it with abunch of people at area 51. Now i know this sounds stupid, duh, they'll shoot him down, but what if he got it all over the news and said if he gets shot down that he died because he wished to know, nothing more. This would infuriate the american people and they would demand the truth. I mean sounds crazy but media can be one of our best weapons.

Some idiot getting shot down over a restricted military facility, knowing
that he's not allowed to fly there would not infuriate the general public,
indeed most people would probably think it served him right for being
so dumb.

I really feel I should reiterate the point of my original post.

There is already a thread going into alot of detail on this subject,
with many different theories on how to infiltrate Area 51.

A Plan To Infiltrate Area 51.

Anyone who ventures into Area 51 is research material....like a mouse wandering into a medical research lab.

It is, if you don't mind living here:

It's right in Kanas! You'll live rent free, and they actually have room service!

Entering or photographing Area 51 is illegal. But, hey, there's always a free room in the fedral Penn, if your looking for some time!
