well, if ALICE is supposedly been "learning" since 1995, I figure that ATS would have to spend even more time on one of our own bot programs to perfect it so that it could actually be used as a learning tool instead of mild entertainment at 5:30 a.m. I just think that there is too much on this website to effectively make this idea work unless spent a countless amount of hours setting it up, which I highly doubt that someone would spend that much time working on it.

However, if someone could actually sit down and create our very own ATSbot, then congrats in advance, but I probably won't hear about that until im in my early 30's

Well, if you think about it this way, It's very obvious that ALICE is not an Artificial Intelligence, merely a chatbot that gets updated with a few new responses every so often. But if you think of how long it would have taken Dr. Wallace to program ALICE in the first place, and then have to go back and update it every once in a while to make it seem sentient. For something even more complicated, such as creating our very own ATSbot with all of our information in it, would have to take even more time than ALICE, and we all know how flawed that is. How or why would this thing connected to the Illuminati?

I've messed around with ALICE before and I'm not very impressed. I know that sounds bad and I'm sure that the people who created it worked very hard and what not but that's my opinion.

If ALICE really was created by the Illuminati to gather information or whatever it's supposed to do, then I'm not really very worried about it because it's not very impressive.

I agree, ALICE isnt the highly advanced artificial intelligence program that it's hyped up to be. The only thing that comes across as odd is some of the responses that ALICE will have to some questions, sometimes it will respond in German, other times it will ask for personal information. I wouldn't call ALICE an artificial intelligence, I would classify it as no more than a chatbot, and a poorly programmed one at that. However, the responses that ALICE gives makes me want to question the motives of the programmer.

Here's my conclusion on why it asks for your credit card number when you ask about the "new world order"... it sees "world order" and (IMO) thinks you want to order something (just to make the coversation interesting, or make it look smart).

try giving it a random number and ask for it back. it doesn't even remember it and says/asks something stupid.

Well, I reckon that it's not that much of a conspiracy. If the US government wanted to know that half of the world sit at their computer with a pack of potato chips chatting to an IM bot, they could just go to any public school.
