It could be a balloon but it would then be moving as such or tethered which can be proven.

Otherwise I think it is a ufo probe device and it is gathering information.

The ufo's must like polish pierogi so much they stole the pots. And maybe use the power of the pierogi to zoom around so fast.

I think it's an entry level model. AM/FM, manual steering. Just the basics. No autolocks or nuthin.
