Reasonible Hearsay

Last week a co-worker of mine told me while he was on break he saw a news story on CNN about the Halibuton KBR internment camps that are being built in case of a immigration emergency. He said the story was about using these camps for terrorists, or suspected terrorists, what was said was that US citizens could be imprisioned in these camps based on "Reasonible hearsay"....I was shocked, since hearsay is not even admissible in court, but then you add this Thread of discussion here ...ok

Have you heard of such a thing?...did anyone see the news piece....anyone have anymore info?
