Here is the policy in a nutshell.

*Text in the signature space should be no longer than 5 lines.
* Images in signature should be no larger than 500x50px and 25k.
* No advertising of your personal or other websites until you have been a contributing member for at least 60 days.

ABOUT ATS: Avatar and Signature Guidelines

When a Moderator spots a signature that goes against these guidelines an automated U2U will be sent to the member.
There is no point penalty associated with the automated U2U.
The U2U is not written by the moderator and covers any problem that there might be with the signature. If after reading the U2U and you still don’t understand why you have received it please U2U the Moderator who has sent it. If the Moderator doesn’t get back to you right away please feel free to use the complaint feature at the top of the page.

Thank you.

Ive read every thing I could find and Ive tried every thing from upload image to putting the url of it then the url of the main sigtag from properties in the signature section of account settings. Cant copy paste the image in the signature line either. All I can get that shows up is the url for a signature. After two hours of trying maybe some one could tell me how to do this? Thanks.

Just place the image tags on both sides of the URL.

The Brax-computer says your sig is within ATS guidelines.

technically, yes you should change it, that one line is over, and you might want to hyper link your signature in order to compress space. Also that will allow for one to have more than one item in the signature, five hyperlinkes, one per line.

I've thought of it and fiured it was a bill board of sorts, but then, I'm happy with how I cramped my sig space. LoL Mysigspace...

LoL
Thanks

Hello ... is there anybody out there (hmmm sound like good lyrics for a song ... dammit somebody beat me to it )

My question is going to sound really lame considering I've been here for a few years now but ...

How do I add colour to the text on my signature ?

Please answer in simple laymens terms ... I really am that computer 'illiterate'

Wouldn't it work in the same way as it does when posting in threads?

ETA: So if you wanted to post in red or blue, then you would just add the “colour bb code” into it like you would when posting on the main board.

Loving the way you say that like I'd already know ... yep ... I really am that bad

The only way I managed to get coloured text in my sidebar is because it told me how to do it (idiot's guide stylie).

Ok I shall try that ... I may be gone some time ... the result will be one of the following ... the sound of me softly weeping in the distance ... the sound of a computer crashing through a window ... the lack of colour in my signature ... my money's on a bit of all three.

Oh...My Baaaaaaaaaaadd!!

When you hit the reply button, look above where it says "center" to center your text. (please say you know where this is! lol)

Just above, It should say "white", click on that and choose a colour you want to use, then write in what you want, click ok and the text should be in your chosen colour.

Oh, and I always write what I want in my signature in replies to posts as well but without posting obviously, then I just copy and paste it into the signature section on my account settings.

ETA: Btw, look at my signature now!!!
