I take issue with the comment made by The Neo about so called "black" countries. First, there is no way to tell how black-African nations would have evolved without the criminal occupation of European powers. I like to think of South Africa as modle of what black-Africa can be under a democratic system. Africa has been war torn and raped by the world including it's self-serving leaders.

Then, the comparison you attempt to make between black-America and black-Africa to prove your jaded view of my peoples voting trends is disgusting. The enviroments are so different. Black-America are #ing Americans, you idiot, and any attempt to link our ideals solely on the basis of our skin color is racist.

The fact of the matter is there is a large population of African Americans that vote republican and I personally have voted that way on the local level (I just feel prosecutors should be republican and I supported Steve Goldsmith former mayor of Indianapolis because he was the best prosecutor my state has ever seen). My point is get a clue. No one owns the African American vote and it would do republicans well to realize this.

As happens so often, Saphie speaks volumes, although I must take issue with the idea of South Africa being a model of democracy, not that I am an advocate of democracy as I see it (mob rule).

I take issue, as well, at the hyphonated American. The idea of being hyphonated does nothing but further separate fellow citizens. Furthermore, I dare anyone to place Saphie into a category - it can't be done!

A pattern that is lacking was the one we had with 8 years of Clintons whitehouse; he made serious efforts for inclusion for everyone on that list.

Don't pretend he's completely fair. All the folk Bush has nominated are way too far to the right. It was a brilliant idea though. He can say I have the most diverse group of people around me--when really they aren't diverse at all when you take into account their ideas.
