Quantum Physics, Mechanics and String Theory

So if the radiation can kill and give life, then you should know that high levels will damage our cells only because the cells never had enough time to adapt to high levels or alien Gamma Ray waves. So if we ever get wiped out by a plague, or a dirty bomb, other lifeforms or maybe human survivors will mutate and adapt. Even become better.
