A Fresh Focus on Cheney

May 13, 2006 - The role of Vice President Dick Cheney in the criminal case stemming from the outing of White House critic Joseph Wilson's CIA wife is likely to get fresh attention as a result of newly disclosed notes showing that Cheney personally asked whether Wilson had been sent by his wife on a "junket" to Africa.

Things are about to nosedive into this one this coming week, apparently. There's Rove's impending indictment and Cheney's hand in this is getting deeper.
Do you think the VP will be indicted?
I have my doubts these people will get their justice. In fact, i'm worried about a last ditch desperate attempt by these people.

We just have to wait and see, i guess.

I think we are going to be bombarded this upcoming week with all kinds of interesting news in order to keep this out. Like the Bush speech tonight.

As far as the 'outting' of that CIA woman. She wasn't undercover
AND her being CIA was the worst kept 'secret' in DC. Her hubby
blabbed it everywhere and enjoyed chatting up that his wife was

I'm with you on this one dgtempe, $hit will hit the fan real soon regarding the senior Bush administration's role in outing Plamegate. You had suggested that indictments will not go further than Rove, well I say for the Fitzgerald investigation to be legitimate, the indictments should fall upon the V.P all the way up to the big kahuna, Dubya.

The evidence is mounting; Libby the only one indicted to date, sang like a bird to Time reporter Matt Cooper a good five days after the Cheney newspaper scribble notes. Now that Libby was hit with perjury and obstruction case, well it only takes one to put 2-and-2 together.

No, not 22.. I'm talking about Libby protecting his chief and master.. commander.

Anyways, I think it's time Cheney junket his fat arse outta Washington D.C ASAP. Without a shotgun I hope..
