Is there any way I can modify my banner <<<<. As you can see I have a picture displayed.. I just don't want it repeated over and over again and the
text is over the pic which is v.annoying.. can someone help plz!!

Whats happening here is you have a background image instead of an avatar.
You can load an avatar for free, where the background image goes for 2500 points in the memCenter.

You can remove your background image by deleting it from your upload center.
Be sure to read the link chissler posted  .

You still see it because it is in your cache. To clear your cache, go into your browsers options.
Alternatively you can bypass your cache:
IE: hold Ctrl while clicking Refresh, or press Ctrl-F5
Firefox: hold down Shift while clicking Reload,

Another way to get rid of a background image is to buy one, but don't enter a file name (effectively buying a blank one).
