I don't know ANYTHING about this picture, but it sure looks interesting.
Does anyone know what it is? Fake? Real?

It looks phony to me.
Except for the bottom right, which looks photoshopped, the others look like very good photorealisitc art--macabre art.

It looks like it goes right through the brainstem in the x-ray which would instantly kill the person.

Well that would explain why they're dead.

Actually, being the first pic is of the shore line, it could be feasible. There are several different nematodes that live in the ocean, that do
survive eating organic materials, and are scavengers. The CT scan of the head doesn't look like its the same head, although it could be a victim
that drowned and had a parasite living in it kind of like a morbid kind of cave. think living in your own stocked refrigerator you just happened to
find. Check out pics of drowned vvictims who've decomposd underwater, they've got all sorts of opportunistic parasites living inside.

If it's any help, here is the link to the official homepage of that game.
Those images must have seemed disturbing to anyone thinking they'dd be real....
Edit: holy cow, Brain worms and parasites/amioebas do apparently
exist... scary to say the least...

I can't get into the site... When I put in my age, it redirects me back to the same page... Can we maybe get a screenshot that can confirm that it
comes from Cold Fear...?

The way the parasite is positioned in the brain in the top right picture is pretty much impossible. Of course it could have eaten its way in there,
but the brain matter around it is in perfect shape, and the 'beak' or whatever it is isnt used for tissue-grinding, thats for sure.
The picture of the decaying body in the sand is pretty cool though. I expect it to be a snake that has taken refuge or something. (Or a PS of course)

Wonder if there is any copyright infringement of Stargate?
that thing looks like an immature Go'ould symbiote to me...
and watching the snippet, it does seem to work like a parasite...
Hey, i have an idea for a video game...
it has these beasties that suck your life force out, and hibernate until their human food groups repopulate...
frellin Viral ad campaigns... SUCK! and should be visited by code kiddies...

It doesn't really look like a worm to me. It looks more like part of the body, like a trachea or esophagus... What was the head doing on the ground
in the first place?
