Mandatory nationwide Animal ID

Where are they going to tag a horse? With the tags used now, a horses ear can not take it. There is really on place to put a tag in/on a horse.

Cattle are tagged in the ear and I can tell you that these tags can come off. I had to cut one out of one cows ear because of infection. Livestock will hang up their tags on anything. It really is not working.

Sheep pull out tags, hogs chew out tags!
