Ive been watching this thread so I decided to crack the case. I called the aliens and they said it was water on the windshield.

As much as I want to say it's a ghost, the person who posted the video previously, seems to link to a little better quality video. In the beginning and at other times in the film the object comes into focus and looks like water on the windshield.
