Adopt a New Member!

That's so sweet of you Lazarus! I'd love to be adopted! As for my liberalness, I guess I still automatically affiliate myself with the side only because of the values, not the party. I guess I need to post more so I can u2u thingy, ah... but I'm still kinda shy. I'll get there. I love to read the posts on here at least once a day, so I'll make a habit of posting more often. Thanks for your offer of help, I will gladly take it.

Thanks Mechanic. I love your avatar. I'm just sorta formulating mine. I don't think it really fits my personaity yet and I see that a lot of members use themes from on here to customize theirs. I'll have to work on that a bit. I've read the thread on avatar help and that has given me some ideas. Thanks for the encouragement.

but this is different than an orphanage... YOU get to choose who will be a board poppa/momma...

take a look at various adopters threads/posts, and do some shopping...
many veteran members are willing to help new members, and you really can ask any of us...

But that said...

I still haven't figured out what exactly adopting someone does, but you can feel free to u2u me and I can try and figure it out. That offer stands for anyone who feels the need to have some guidance.

There is one major thing I should point out. Should you turn out to be a serial killer, I will deny ever knowing you and when they try to implicate me in the crimes I will act as if you are nothing more than in unhappy child trying to drag me into your sordid crimes.

well it says that i have to post over 20 repluies or something like that before i can send any privater messages!!!

Yes it does require 20 posts to send a u2u to a non-staff member.
