According to the FDR, AA77 descended in a controlled manner accelerating from 304kts to 483 knots in one minute when it was 3184 feet.
At 44seconds out it was at 2425 giving us 3200ft/min, 30" out it was at 4200ft/min, at 15" it was at 6000feet/min and would accelerate by 100 kts before impact.

Upon coming out of the field that day, he reported seeing nothing suggesting a crashed airliner was in that field. No bodies, no baggage, no airplane parts at all.
He changed his story only after the FBI pressured him to do so.

It would result in the pilot losing control of the plane LONG before it reached the Pentagon. And yes, even the most experienced could not make the plane do that let alone Haha Hani

5280 feet/min is 60 mph which even my 4 cylinder Jeep can handle quiet effectively.
