I thought those implants, those tiny, tiny implants built in the early eighties were obsolete.

Although, I'd sure implant every prisoner.

And make sure they escaped.

To lead me to the nests and collection points.

Look up some more on this man, and you will see that the DEA tried to frame him as a narcotics dealer, and he won the case, this was a very wealthy man, he was not a nut job, by any means I invite you all to reaserch this man, and you will see what happens to someone that tries to ex[pose Government secrets here in the US
