well-known primary and major funder of brain implant research and has
been using various types of implants, including brain implants and
brain chips in research for soldiers to boost their cognitive
capacities, control pain, and the transmission and receipt of wireless
telecommunications in the field under combat conditions, and other
implants for tracking and location verification similar to that used by
Global Position Satellite Networks

I knew this man personally!

I thought those implants, those tiny, tiny implants built in the early eighties were obsolete.

Although, I'd sure implant every prisoner.

And make sure they escaped.

To lead me to the nests and collection points.

Look up some more on this man, and you will see that the DEA tried to frame him as a narcotics dealer, and he won the case, this was a very wealthy man, he was not a nut job, by any means I invite you all to reaserch this man, and you will see what happens to someone that tries to ex[pose Government secrets here in the US
