Why the cries over Rense when the articles are written elsewhere and just linked/reprinted on Rense (or any other copy/paste news site, such as ATSNN)? And the cries about "credibility"? Why make yourselves look like idiots by bringing this up every single time a Rense LINK is used?

Unless the article is penned by Rense himself, or the article has no source other than Rense.com, you are in no position to use the fact that Rense REPRINTS an article as claims that it is bogus.

Now, who wants to talk about credibility? Use your damn brains. Seek the info elsewhere if you are not satisfied with a link, you cheerleading line-toeing stubborn sychophants. This place is about finding and discussing info, unless it involves you who just come here to propagandise.

This gets an applaud from me. Use your brains people!! It's not originally from Rense.. Rense linked it.

And furthermore, gems can be found in any pile of bush... Rense included.

But it does link to the CCR, which is led by Michael Ratner, who was voted "Trial Lawyer Of The Year"....by other trial lawyers. Perfect.

CCR sued the US to close the Gitmo HIV refugee camp for Haitians (this camp provided free medical care and clean living for these poor victims of abuse and disease).

CCR has sued the US for allegedly using "too much force" in Iraq.

CCR sued the US for it's policy of returning Haitians to Haitia when interdicted at sea. Apparantly CCR and Michael Ratner prefer these HIV infested dregs to remain here in the US with you.

In other words, CCR has as much credibility as Rense.......which is none.

And you are right about the tactic of attacking the source, and ignoring what is said.....

What is this, then?

From another ArchAngel post:

Do you have a link to where it was posted so that we can determine the reliability of the source???

Can we say foot-in-mouth?

Lets put this into context.

You did not provide a link, but I believe I know the contents of the post I replied to.

It was a report about a posting at an internet forum that was supposedly from Zarqawi.

I did not question the source, I asked for a confirming reference.

That is not the same as attacking the source.

No, it wasn't, but thanks for providing another example of your hypocrisy

No, you are now ducking and weaving. Your exact words were "determine the reliability of the source???

PS - Sorry for getting off topic, but the topic was crap to begin with IMHO (and most other peoples HO as well, it seems.)

You people would cry if the US were to let the detainees starve to death. You cry when the US has to force feed them to keep them alive. In the eyes of all the Anti-US people around here it is a win-win situation to do nothing more but bash and bash.

It would be good if we could just continue with finding out whether or not these detainees are indeed terrorists or helping the terrorists or linked to terrorism. if not then let them the hell go.
