My favorite MS OS is 2000 Pro, IMO the most stableMS OS and it isn't filled with the blubbly "bloatware" of XP, it is a true watse of resources.

@ home: dual boot Windows 2000 / FreeBSD
@ work : dual boot Windows XP / Mandrake Linux

Yes, XP does waste some resources; but in my case I have plenty to go around!

Also, who voted for Windows Server 2003? Tell me a little about that OS.

Are you sure you've used ALL versions? What about Windows Server 2003?

xp and 2000 tie for me. I find both very stable, never a prob with either, I have 3 systems, 2k on two and xp on one. xp is bloated, but on a clean install I like the nice empty desktop. Previous versions were very crash prone, I've never used ME but I've heard plenty of how bad it is. They seem to get somewhat better with every new edition, except for ME that was a step back.
