but what if,.....the nwo was just a tool to smooth the transition into et acceptance????

I find it funny that post Katrina people cite FEMA's incompetence as proof there's no NWO. FEMA is a front. Designed to fail. A road block if not speed bump to recovery. Order from Chaos is their mantra. FEMA allowed chaos to ensue. There will be more chaos.
