HAARP Mind, weather control and MORE

Anyone hear of this? I heard about it on George Noory's talk radio show. i also heard recordings of it on www.coasttocoastam.com

anyone have more info on AARP. its suposedly linked to mind control

I was under the understanding that it was used for weather control.

You can Google it and get a lot of info, tho include the official government web page for it!

As a matter of fact, I'd bet you that you could do a search on this board and find a bit of info.

Harrp left us without rain two years ago. HAARP is there to send EMP waves bouncing off the Ionisphere to change the weather.

I''ve heard HAARP blamed for everything, from mind control, to wrecking the Space Shuttle, to causing earthquakes, to dismantling weather patterns.

Frankly, I don't put stock in any of it. HAARP puts out no more power (in fact, in many cases, less power) than many AM radio stations around the country. Of course, they (the conspiracy theorists) never stop to answer why, if HAARP is a mind-control experiment, the facility is manned at all. Hmmm...

What's wrong with believeing the original reason HAARP was built? That being, to study the Aurora and figure out why THAT keeps playing havoc with our communication and defense satellites?

Good Heavens, they're even building a tourist center!
