I have enjoyed looking at the site from afar as a guest and decided to become a member. Love the Alien and UFO forum! Not an expert on the subject but I want to learn all I can about others life forms in space and here on earth as well.

May I get someone to please tell me how I get the image to the left and where to find some really cool images?

Hi FiftyOneFifty.....welcome to ATS.

I think if you lok under the XMB forum you will find information on how to put up a 'avatar' and how to upload one, etc. There may be some info there also on sites to get .gifs/.jpg/etc. from to use as avatars. If you have problems getting an avatar put up...just ask a moderator...they will be glad to help.

It's "dragon" in Chinese, also in Japanese as they both share the same charater and exact meaning.

To get the image (your avatar), find a pic you like. Go to Settings->Edit Profile, and at the bottom you'll find a spot to put the URL for your avatar. You can either link to an image on the 'net, or upload your own using ATS' Upload feature.

To be honest, my interests are varied and many, then again, few and far inbetween.

I find aircraft, military scenerios, ancient histories, perhaps a splash of religion quite a turn-on, but I tend to mingle alot in a number of other areas...

You'll fit in...take a look around...good topics to be found in all forums.
