This is an electric generator generating electricity just as any of them do. The difference is the method by which it is spun. This is a
flip-flopping device in which mechanically, the poles are rotated--at least that is what I get out of the Australian device's site. The only thing
this method has to do with Zero Point Energy is that a magnet is a entrance portal for this energy but this device converts mechanical to electrical
energy, no direct conversion of ZPE as in, for instance, the Hans Coler Magnetstromapparat or Stromerzeuger which do convert ZPR or "Raumenergie" as
he called it, into electricity.
It may be above unity but so what? The writer is correct with his analogy of electro vs permanent magnets lifting weight. If the work done by the
magnet exceeds the work it took to energize the magnet in the first place, and work can be tranlated into energy, it is an over-unity device.
