kids are graduating every year and need good paying government jobs

so they keep creating job positions, committees, board positions,
kinda like they save all the car salesmen, and deputees jobs for
football players, or government only be half this size.

the elite kids get 20 no-show $100,000/year board jobs
like hunter in charge of oil company.

Elite status has always compounded throughout the ages.

The challenge has always been, how does the everyday person, or group, etc. Keep such elite members of society 8n check. And when I mean elites, it could be a vlage chief, or a president or multi million citizen nation.
