I did not initially think this Why Files would be something entertaining for me...Well I was wrong as many of the things I (we) have heard over the years about underground Alien bases, CIA disinformation program, people dying, and some of the people still making headlines today with their utterances are discussed in the "Why Files" way. Enjoy

Exposing Underground Alien Bases: CIA's Psychic UFO Hunters

During the 1960s and 70s, the United States and the Soviet Union fought the Cold War on many fronts. Some of these engagements were obvious, like the Cuban Missile Crisis and the proxy wars in Asia.

Other conflicts were not so obvious. In the 1970s, America and Russia engaged in a new type of warfare: psychic warfare.

The CIA was actively recruiting and training people with a natural talent for remote viewing. Remote viewing is projecting your consciousness to anywhere on Earth and beyond.

One remote viewer, entirely by accident, found himself at Mount Hayes in Alaska. Mount Hayes is in the middle of nowhere. There's no civilization for miles. But something was calling him to the mountain.

Then he looked *inside* the mountain. There was a base hidden inside Mount Hayes. Then he saw - this was not a base built by humans.

When multiple sources confirmed the existence of the base, they soon realized: this was only the beginning.

There is a rich history of Remote Viewing and the US government's direct involvement, starting with a CIA sponsored program back in the mid-1970s. The Alaska story should not be taken as proof because it comes from only one source, the more or less originator of that mental process. Millions of dollars went into all phases of this "psychic spying" technique that few, even today, will want to accept. The program was funded for over twenty years before being closed. No doubt it is still in operation in one form or another away from public eyes. But most Americans don't care, they would rather read about the latest stories about the NEWest I-phones and/or celebrities "making" the news.

I really want to believe this stuff, but, remote viewing is very subjective and I havent seen empirical testing done to verify it's authenticity. Are there any on youtube?

It's a FACT that our government had an RV program for years. They admitted to it. It's a sure bet they tested it, retested it, and tested it again, or they wouldn't have spent so much time and money on it.

That said, RV can be and often is "subjective". That's why the viewers who participated were highly trained, so as to minimize it as much as possible. This isn't a secret at this point. There is much info out there. Some good, some not so good.

Interesting and worrisome when you think about it.

If they have been here, with these bases, for 1000's of years, it would make sense that they don't care about us. But what are they taking from the earth, if they are? Is it going to do long term damage to our planet? Or is it something we should be using ourselves?
Which leads the imagination to all kinds of questions.

If you use your imagination, and think about other works, like Stichin and others, they would make a little sense, that long ago, there may have been some that were interested in us, and helped us out. Maybe they weren't supposed to, maybe they found us a lost cause, or maybe they just decided we would never really be a threat.

I believe in Remote Viewing, and believe they saw what they saw.
With Technology, things are harder and harder to hide.
Hope I am still alive to find out the truth.
Be it good or bad for us humans.

Interesting guy Joseph Mcmoneagle I read a book of his 20 years ago about Remote viewing where he mentions 15 minute cities and how 100.000.000 could be killed in a war every year and the population would still creep up by 30 odd million a year , but it would be good for the economy ?

Interesting video

Thanks for sharing this with us 727Sky! If true, the capabilities of some people is just amazing. I've always put RV in with paranormal things (which IMO aren't very credible or I'm just ignorant to it). What I found really interesting was when Joseph McMoneagle sat down with Skip Atwater for the RV session. It threw me off how monotone Skip is talking to Joseph (21:39 second mark). Is this because Skip is trying not to give Joseph any clues, emotion, or direction in an RV session?

Is that an actual recording from that session?

Humans have been damaging the planet themselves.... don't need Aliens to do that.

I still say that all this drilling for Oil has had a massive impact on the Climate and that's what we see today with all the bad weather and Earthquakes caused by Techtonic plates being able to rub together without the lubrication of Oil!

This is just my take on it but what do I know? I'm not a Scientist!

We do, and we suck, but I am thinking a little more out of the box.

Like some kind of energy they are harvesting, that we didn't know about, or didn't understand.
Magnetic, ley lines, something else.

The thing I don’t understand is giving someone coordinates, LAT/LON. How does that work?

If you gave me the coordinates, I can easily look it up on say Google earth, however if you gave me the numbers, i could kinda guess where the location is, but isn’t that information alone enough information to void the actual anonymity of said location?

I have been watching whyFiles for some time.
They are To well done and have to much info.
I get the feeling Them! (dont know who, but at the top)
are in control of this.

If them control what you watch.
they control how you think.
and keep you away from the truly big secrets.

I kinda want to gain permissions to visit Dulce just to feel the energy, but from what I understand it's on Tribal Land and I respect their sovereignty to much to intrude without being invited.

I'm not gonna go wandering around looking for anything, I just want to pay respects to the Tribe, grab breakfast at a local Cafe, and move on through.

I have a friend who was allowed access, she reported the area has the air of death about it.

Maybe I should avoid the area in retrospect.

Correct me if I’m wrong, but I think this has been going on long before the days of the internet as we know it and Google earth. However, someone with access to enough books could’ve perhaps looked it up on a map, then scoured encyclopaedias and whatnot to glean info on the location

But are these guys given coordinates in advance? Surely they’re not provided until in the room to do the test! What would then be necessary is the individuals having enough exposure to latitude/longitude materials for their sub-conscious to turn into a physical pinpoint on the planet to which to travel

The most convincing anecdotes are when 2 individuals independently, simultaneously get given the same coordinates and see the same thing. This happens with the NSA numbers station in the show

Caveat: I’m only halfway through the show, so perhaps this gets debunked…

I wouldn't worry about visiting the Jicarilla Apache Rez. They have a nice Casino, Recreation areas etc. I fish there and gamble often. You can contact the tribe authority for camping and hiking permits.

It is a strange place but I chalk it up to the huge oil and gas operations on the tribal land.

If you want to experience some actual high strangeness, head north from the rez, up to the San Luis valley in So. Colo. Every trip I make up thru the valley, I experience a WTF moment of somekind; Some have been so strange as to be frightening. I have explored the 4 corners area extensively; You never know what kind of adventure awaits.
