Who will it be? The only thing to do that so quickly would be mass invasion from the south. What this means is the Hispanic and Latino population would need to triple by 2045. That would be 100 million coming over the border in the next 20 years, 5 million constantly per year. This would also push the population to about 450 million by then. I'm sure there will be no poverty and everyone will be living in some magical world.
