how much longer is the glory seeking judge and AG going to drag this out? I mean, the pinhead already ruled on this before he heard any arguments, so it seems as if this is all just PR ops for the DERP brigade.

Why do you think he made a ruling without hearing any arguments?

Why would anyone think that? Trump had lawyers and they represented him and he lost that part of the case. He hired the lawyers himself to represent him and speak for him. That's what they did.

He just lost in court.

Maybe bad lawyers?

Sept. 26, 2023

A New York judge ruled on Tuesday that Donald J. Trump persistently committed fraud by inflating the value of his assets, and stripped the former president of control over some of his signature New York properties.

October 2, 2023 - Trump civil fraud trial in New York begins

This is truly a DERP worthy moment from you. educate, before you pontificate.

Let me make sure I got this "right"
The AG of New York announced in March of 2019 that there was an investigation into Trump and his finances in relation to possible fraud.

September 26th of 2023 a judge announced he had ruled that Trump was fraudulent.

4 years, 6 months and a smattering of days later. You stated that decision came about "without hearing any arguments". Do you believe that this went on for almost 5 years and not a single solitary time did a lawyer or representative of team Trump speak with anyone in any official capacity before the ruling from the judge came out? Seems out of character for a man who would fight the world. Can we agree that Trump at least KNEW that the investigation was happening for almost 5 years?

Have you never heard of pre-trial hearings? Once again, Trump's lawyers made their own attempt at getting a summary judgment. Engoron found their arguments lacking.

The DC appellate court has also upheld the gag order in the J6 case.

And Smith will find a way to use it against him.

Kind of a "Be Careful What You Wish For".

Smith already botched that up with prejudice that'll work at an appeal 😀

So if the gag order is in place does that mean if some MAGA lunatic decides to attack the White House there is no way it could be tied back to Trump?

Maybe this is a good thing....
