sure, that happens too!
Do you want to defund state agencies that are trigger-happy?

Now, where have I heard that before????

Nah, they do their job well me thinks, like they did it well with Floyd, and they did it well with this moron.

the constant flip-flop when it comes to state authority and their use of force is a symptom of people falling for dichotomous propaganda.

If they do answer, it'll be with prevarication, obfuscation, and certainly not with straight answers.

As Wray has demonstrated many, many times, all he has to say is "I can't comment on an ongoing investigation", smirking all the while.

When an administration is so corrupt that every facet of its existence is under an investigation, they go completely silent, as they can't comment on an ongoing investigation.
That's a pretty neat work-around!

Previously, the suspect, 45-year-old Theodore 'Teddy' Deschler, was arrested as a suspect after a fatal stabbing at a Tennessee gas station in May - but as for why he was targeted this month by FBI SWAT agents, feds have so far kept silent.

I have no idea but wonder what he had ongoing behind the scenes. Then again why is the FBI looking at him instead of local police. Or, is he a simple pawn in the look at what we can do to you if you don't buckle up and do as we say. Possibly he threatened the local police?

I was going to point this out also.

I am no fan of heavy handed authoritarian (FBI, etc) responses, but clearly by omission there is more to this story which is not being told.

I don't agree with going in guns-ablazing, but equally I don't think we are getting all the facts which led up to the raid.

MSM 'spin-doctoring' is never good...regardless of who's side you're on.

Agree with you on the guns blazing. They wanted this guy dead as they went in with everything. Why?

They FBI would not get involved unless he was connected to a terrorist organization or beyond and since he went off the deep end and already killed someone he is juiced up.

I will email my Fed contact and see what he knows as he owes me for the work I did on the Buffalo, Tops Supermarket shooting. There is a huge back story somewhat similar to my 1st sentence.

Being held accountable by Congress is being held accountable to the people.
They will never be held accountable to the people under their current way of doing things.
As far as I am concerned the FBI was never held accountable for Ruby Ridge or Waco!!

No not at all which is why I'm withholding any Judgment .

Still there are ways to take people without having to full on Flash bang , Teargas with Guns Blazing . Why would the FBI feel that is necessary ? They took the time to remove the mother and then conduct the Raid......

It's using human guinea pigs as live practice.

Afterwards, they analyze their techniques to see how they can do better the next time.

look at Ruby Ridge, or Waco etc. to see how FBI SWAT rolls

i don't agree with cults and what not but i don't think a mother holing an infant is much of a threat, the same sniper that shot this woman and her baby was the same sniper at Waco.

he said he never fired at Waco and when the shed was removed or remolded they found 3, 300 WinMAG casings that when the local police ran matched a FBI weapon used by said sniper.

On a related / unrelated (depending on your perspective), I have a major issue with the use of "flash-bang" devices, just in general. And, I say this for the following reasons:

1. They almost always start fires. So, if the intent is to 'burn down' the dwelling they are trying to clear, then why mask it with a flash-bang device?? Why not just torch the joint the old fashioned way and be done with it?? So, these are BS for this reason.

2. The "flash-bang" is intended (if you believe it's not for starting fires) to create shock and confusion. They are intended to disorient the people they are deployed against. Okay, if that's the case, then how can you possibly expect the victims of such a device to "react" to the use of one of these devices rationally? To follow commands? To obey??? They're deaf, they've been blinded, they're in shock...so what did you expect (LEO's)???? .... "STOP!! GET ON THE GROUND!! DO EXACTLY AS I SAY...OR ELSE I'LL SHOOT!!! Instead, why not just scream out what your real intentions are, to shoot the MF'er (DEAD), regardless of WHAT they do???? Because...that's what you're gonna' do anyway, right????

So, IMNSHO, flash-bangs are just an excuse for a bunch of gung-ho jackbooted storm-troopers to go in and shoot up the joint and everyone inside!

Prove me wrong!

If Trump gets convicted, he's officially a martyr. And the orange light that comes for retribution will proclaim themself a God. Or at least of god.

...and the genius' behind this "get Trump" operation don't seem to realize this. Which is beyond stupid, and buttin' up 'gainst suicidal.

You think payback is on the menu if the GOP gets the Senate, too, if Biden is, somehow, reelected?? Oh, baby, you ain't seen nothin' yet if Trump is convicted on what are, at least in part, and forgive the unintentional pun, trumped up charges?? Blood will be spilled, and maybe not so metaphorically... There will be a huge segment of the population that will be beyond incensed.

Tell me about it! I found out that they are always watching.
About a week before the dreaded J6! I sent an email to an old work buddy of mine and said “it looks like the wet war is about to begin”. The very next day we’re pulling up in the driveway and there is a smallish drone hovering about 40ft over my back yard. As soon as it turned and saw us it bolted. Then on Jan 5 we pull up in the driveway and some dude walks up out of nowhere and starts asking about my ham radio antennas. His next question was would I be willing to help out “patriots” coordinate over the radio if it was looking like there might be civil war! I told him that’s not how it works
You could tell he was law enforcement a mile away. a reply to: Thunderkiss75

There is just about no reason for these tactics except for terrorism and a ticking bomb. Most people can be remanded into custody without a fight with a little recon that reveals their habits. Pick them up coming out of a shopping place or a drive-through or perhaps church. Flashbangs and irritant gas and wait to see if they come stumbling out while you are behind cover then bright light and shout commands. Don't enter for any reason if possible. Don't discharge any firearms unless fired upon while behind your armored position. Anything where you run charging in is an assassination.

You're 100% right . Flash-Bangs leave you Temporarily blind and Temporarily Deaf , it gives the approaching assault team all the time they need to get the drop on you and deliver steady kill-shots.

Giving commands directly after Flashing a room and I think tear gas was involved as well is rhetorical they cannot hear or see you and their lungs are on fire.

If they wanted this guy they could have waited for him to go to the Store , Church , Work or what-ever .

My thoughts exactly.

Note that two different versions of the story are going around - the one by the brother is very inflammatory (he wasn't there) and describes scenes that are not correct (according to photos and other witnesses.)

However, I agree it needs to be investigated thoroughly.
