i mean our local burger place pays 20 an hour for basic hires and that's in rural mt and even at that pay scale getting your own place is kind of hard ,i rent rooms in my house for extra cash so i know at least how its effecting my tennant's and even with my cheep by comparison rent i charge they struggle daily

An old coworker of mine just graduated from Tulane. She loved it there. Wishing you both the best. I haven’t made up my mind yet, and still have some time to go before retirement.

It really sucks to grow up somewhere your entire life, to only be squeezed out by people who didn’t pay a dime to contributing to their communities come in and take over and destroy the place.

Like what the Native Americans went through 🥲. My family originally came from Ireland and Canada, wish I could move back to Ireland.
