Impeach Black Robed Insanity

I would like to point out to people who like to think they are "conservative" that this desire to meddle with the courts is not a "conservative" position at all. True conservatives believe in limited government, and the judiciary is the one branch of government whose express purpose is to limit the powers of the state over the people, to only what is allowed in the Constitution. The courts are the most effective brake on "big government" there is, the Framers knew what they were doing, and gave the court system great freedom of action for a reason.

Those who want to purge the judiciary are fascists and theocrats frustrated by a limited government that does not allow them to force their will on the rest of us. They are not in any sense "conservatives", though they might like to think they are.

The only insanity is saying that the judges need to be 'strict constructionists' wrt the constitution, and then breaking the constituion by usurping the powers of the independant judiciary.

Well, there is another insanity here. The insanity that these conservatives have in thinking that 6 million people should have a voice. A judge's say is final, what the hell are they thinking that their vote should count?! Craaaaaazy!

(This is in reference to the referendum in California which was overwhelmingly passed that illegal aliens shouldn't be given free healthcare and education which an enlightened judge in San Fran nixed because he didn't like the vote...ER, I mean because the US Constitution implies people who subvert American law and come here illegally recieve the exact same rights (and in some cases more rights) thank US citizens. I think it's in Article 2 of the Constitution, right under the part stating no religious memorial will be permitted on American soil.)
