The Department of National Defence promised a thorough review of Canada’s mission in Ukraine after CTVNews.ca approached them for comment in October 2021, regarding a report from George Washington University that found extremists in the Ukrainian military were bragging about being trained by Canadians as part of Operation UNIFIER.

There were a couple dozen of Roma videos where they tied them to trees or posts, painted their faces green and many times beat them. They would leave them there through the night in freezing weather. There were some videos where they poured water on them.

They would do the same to Russian speakers that couldn't pronounce the word pleitski. I think that is how it is spelled.
