They wouldn't necessarily hear or see any planes or a cruise missile, or even an iskander for that matter, but the damage is the damage.

It's not too difficult to put the damage into a weapon size range from a photo, even easier on site.

Yes that is the City and Polohovyy Budynok is the Maternity hospital... theres about 4 other childrens hospitals in Mariupol as well. The fact those that claim this as fake cant find this info means they are being purely dishonest.
