That would do more harm to the cause than good. The MSM would be full of stories about how those White Supremacist truckers are starving Black babies.

That's called theft by taking ,
And the value would make it a felony
For each one .
3 strikes and permanent resident of the local prison .
Surely this idiot knows that ?
Right ?
Doesn't say much for the intellectual level of this person's ( and I say that very loosely) constituents .

ETA : look at those eyes . Dead and full of hatred.

Unfortunately, when government or law enforcement does it, its also called highway interdiction. You don't get arrested in this case, your truck does. It is accused of taking part in a criminal act. Your truck does not defend itself, therefore it must be guilty. It is seized and sold at auction, the proceeds going to the police force who seized it.

This happens every day in the US and is happening as we speak. People are being deprived of all manner of property under interdiction laws, including their homes! Yes, they can take your home away from you and sell it at auction. This is the modern version of the freedom we have fought and died for since the 1700's.

Sen. Ted Kennedy tried to broker the surrender of the US to the USSR in the 80's. This is nothing new. It only came out after Kennedy's death. His Father tried to aid the Germans against England in WWII. He wanted Germany to invade, so that Germany would grant independence to Ireland. Ireland stayed "neutral" hoping for the same thing.

I got a pretty goo idea who is pulling the strings, the globalist deep state, our government is not what it seems, the deep state has been trying to take over for a long time and I got the feeling biden is acting under their command now.

Have you noticed how the others leaders in the Democrat party has gone out of the media light? pelosi, Schumer, unless pelosi is in rehabilitation again and schumer is not taking his bi polar medication, they are lost in the sauce.

WTF does that rambling gibberish even mean?

For purposes of highway interdiction, there doesn't need to be an actual criminal act. That is what makes the seizure so heinous. Its done only on the suspicion or accusation of criminal action.

One case that made headlines years ago was that of a Houston landscaper who took a yearly trip each spring to Florida to buy from a nursery there. He used cash because he had never had a problem before. Well on this particular trip he was allowed to make the trip, but his cash wasn't. His money was seized for "suspicion of criminal activity". Authorities said the money "could" be used to buy drugs so it was arrested. HE wasn't arrested, his money was. His money was unable to defend itself and was given to the authority in possession.

I have no idea what ignorance you are denying, but you should start with your last post.

They should just do nothing. Send in the meter maids to give out tickets. Hourly if necessary.

Incitement to others to commit a felony of grand theft is criminal conspiracy and is a serious offence.

What the USA needs now though are honest and true prosecutors which are in VERY short supply these days.

This country. The USA. Right here at home. It happens every day. Do some research instead of sitting here denying truth. Look at "Black Asphalt", its the network mentioned below. By far the majority of these seizures occur with no criminal charges ever being filed against anyone. People must then hire lawyers and fight a long uphill battle to get their own property back, and only then after signing an agreement saying they will not sue the police who took their property in the first place. Think about that: they take your property, make you fight a long expensive legal battle to get it back, and only agree to give it back to you if you sign a statement saying you won't sue them for taking it in the first place.

A thriving subculture of road officers on the network now competes to see who can seize the most cash and contraband, describing their exploits in the network’s chat rooms and sharing “trophy shots” of money and drugs. Some police advocate highway interdiction as a way of raising revenue for cash-strapped municipalities.

“All of our home towns are sitting on a tax-liberating gold mine,” Deputy Ron Hain of Kane County, Ill., wrote in a self-published book under a pseudonym. Hain is a marketing specialist for Desert Snow, a leading interdiction training firm based in Guthrie, Okla., whose founders also created Black Asphalt.

It's called "civil asset forfeiture. It doesn't take much research. Reason.com reports these pretty reliably.

Yes, it is civil asset forfeiture. Which include assets seized in highway interdiction, which results in some of the most heinous cases of abuse of authority. The tactics used are as unconstitutional as they can get but police are trained by commercial outfits who specialize in this sort of thing to walk a fine line with just enough "casual conversation" to get a person to accidentally agree to being detained longer than necessary or searched when the situation does not call for it. The cop will very casually say something like, "Can I ask you a couple questions?" If you say yes, you just agreed to a longer than necessary detainment, for conversational purposes. But, because he asked you, its now legal. In the mean time, he brings in a canine unit, and starts pushing to search your vehicle. Refusing to submit to a search is not an admission of guilt - but it IS conditional. See how long that lasts...

Imagine having a pocket full of cash on your way to buy a used car and you get pulled over for some bs traffic offense that probably didn't even happen. A few hours later you are on your way, but your cash stayed with the officer who pulled you over. Your only option is to hire a lawyer and fight a long uphill battle to get even part of your money back. And before you receive it you have to sign an agreement saying you won't sue the police who robbed you. Unless its a really large sum of money most lawyers will tell you not to bother since the cost of pursuing the case offsets any reimbursement you may get, which isn't guaranteed.

The system is rigged and its bs from start to finish. Constitutional rights? Yeah we have some. Just not always when we need them.

...Give Them To Growing Businesses.

So says this guy...

Democrat Rep. Ruben Gallego (AZ)

“Perfect time to impound and give the trucks to small trucking companies looking to expand their business,” Gallego tweeted in response to the following news headline: “Trucker convoy could shut down DC Beltway tomorrow.”

There was a time in this country, both sides of the aisle would have censured this publicly, but now even Republicans raise little objection to the idea of trampling the rights of citizens and the all-out redistribution of wealth disguised as being for the common good.

At least a few citizens called him out...

Robert Arce, former law enforcement official: “Will your distribution of wealth be done at gunpoint?”

Nick Searcy, actor: “Why don’t you just murder them like a good communist, @RubenGallego?”

Our leftist "friends" are drooling over the possibilities despots like Trudeau are presenting to them, and obviously Mr. Gallego is a "fanboi".

Is that guy even an American citizen?
