She was shot after law enforcement walked away from her,

In the video I saw of her actually getting shot, there were multiple swat police directly behind her, who, in fact, seemed totally unafraid and unconcerned about her or anyone else's presence there.

Ashli Babbit was murdered in cold blood.

You

However, if there is a law that capital police can shoot intruders, then im afraid her family has no legal discourse.

Then they should have used lethal force from the start if that is the case.

Babbitt's sin was being a white Trump supporter who used her Constitutional rights to protest something she didn't agree with, therefore there was insufficient evidence to prosecute the federal officer seen on video shooting and killing her while she was unarmed and posed no threat. Chauvin's sin was being a local white police officer who was responding to a call as his job description requires. Even though video evidence proved that Floyd was complaining about breathing the second he was asked to step out of the car, and even though evidence proved that Floyd resisted for 10 solid minutes with more than 4 times the lethal dose of drugs in his system along with an enlarged heart, and even though evidence proved that Chauvin's knee was on Floyd's shoulder blade, there was insufficient evidence to acquit him.

Babbitt and Chauvin had one thing in common and therefore, according to our left wing leaders and supporters, they got what they deserved.

Breona Taylor was caught up in the crossfire that her boyfriend started. He should be the one charged in that case. There's video of Taylor's neighbor recording the police cars and you can hear the cops announcing themselves and knocking on the door even though they didn't have to. When Taylor's boyfriend started shooting at them, they returned fire. The boyfriend who caused her death should be the one saying her name. Instead he was interviewed by major news outlets and held in high regards as these people pretended to pity him for his loss.

Ok then with that point of view all those stupid protest that burned private property should be cool with you?
Also keep in mind the "USA" is just a corporation in place to safe guard the fifty states.
Some deep reaserch could be past due for ya.

damn dude, the thickness in your head knows no bounds.

ANYONE who participates in a RIOT is wrong, and should be punished. If we went by your logic, then shooting them all in the neck would be OK. It's not. Punished not killed. Derp.

Candace Owens should run for Congress first. Maybe her low-profile is why she doesn't get much publicity.

Low profile my arse... Democrats have called her everything from an Uncle Tom to a bed wench and they laugh about it. I think she'd make the perfect VP for Trump, then she can run in 2028.

none of these people should have died. but each of these cases has to be dealt separately. how can one compare them? ultimately, courts have to decide.

Courts decided that there was insufficient evidence to have a trial for Babbitt's killer.

CWM, your threads are always sincere

Jared Loughner kind of sincere, I agree.

This isn't the mudpit, but if you're that scared of CWM then I guess it's best you stay over there on your continent where you safely, and hypocritically, point your fingers at everyone else.

Nobody's going to give a # about Babbit, she's not black or alternate minority charity case enough to give a # about. And don't be so foolish as to think any feminist groups are going to GAF, either, she's still not minority enough to be a poster girl for anyone.

And that's the best highlighted example you're ever going to get. A black POS hopped up on everything he swallowed from his pockets passing around fake money is some hero worthy of MILLIONS, but a #ing white UNARMED GIRL is NBD.

Whatever. Then Floyd was definitely no. big. deal. either. If you're going to pick and choose which criminals are worthy of halos and prostration in the streets, you better not get picky about it, lest you look like a money grubber supporting, race-baiter waste of flesh and air.

Equality= accountability for both sides, same privileges as everyone else, right to the same treatment as everyone else.

Not cherry picking punishments and justice to fit your political scheme..

IF any of these groups wanted true equality, then all justice would be sought.

You can’t have endless double standards; like a person (Ashli Babbitt) stepping through a window *unarmed* (while the police RIGHT NEXT TO HER, failed to even attempt to grab her) get shot point blank and then that man/woman’s name is t even handed out..

And then have a criminal, resist arrest (violently), overdose on drugs, and convict the officer instantly without trial and politicize it to get control. Burn down entire cities and seize neighborhoods in the name of it.... with no repercussions.

Police can’t storm into someone’s house while they are sleeping, and kill someone for assuming it was home break-in.....

ALL need ACCOUNTABILITY!

Most importantly the twats in the media and government that threw gas on the fire, instead of water.

No one talks about the police standing directly next to Ashli in that video; 3+ of them *allowed* her to enter that window..... and she was shot immediately..... and you don’t even know their names..... that ISNT equality or justice.

Breanna Taylor was murdered in her own bed at home by police and no convictions were made to my knowledge....

both Fd up and unfair.... but to get actual change, BE THE CHANGE YOU WANT TO SEE!

P.s. “she had it coming”? Is a disgusting thing to say about a veteran that was unarmed, protesting and was MURDERED by our government.....

Shame on you.

Storm the Capital? No one 'stormed' the Capital because to be honest it is the peoples house. Just like when the took it over during the SCOTUS confirmation hearings and were actually at the doors with people inside.

Did she have a weapon? No
Was she burning cop cars? No
Was she throwing Moltovs at LEO's? No
Was she a threat to anyone? No

She was murdered. The fact that we as US citizens do not even know the name of the officer is crazy.

Oh hell no man. Her family should receive a good lesson on common sense.
When you storm the capital and those doors are barricade maybe best not continue.
But hey if you think that's ok to do then go do it.
She got what she had coming.

Ummm...go...eff...yourself...

Again...

She died during the conduct of a felony.

He died on the ground with a cop on top of him, she died on her feet trying to break through a baricade.

Not much in common here.

He was under arrest and hopped up, She wasn't.😃

Definitely was a cold blooded murder at a peaceful gathering in the Capitol building.

The people that are saying that it was an insurrection are the same people that say Joe got 80+ million legitimate votes.

Neither one happened and they should really stop spreading outrageous lies.

Anybody interested ....

The Capitol Police Officer who shot Ashli Bobbitt is special agent David Bailey.

The name has all but been scrubbed from internet pages after he was initially named on Day 2 or 3.

Now his name is Joe Bidenski after the witness protection program name change and he works at the Waffle House in Kokomo, Indiana making $250,000 a year.
$240,000 of that yearly wage is from the Murderer Assistance fund setup by the Democrats.
